At Mirchi By Kim, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
